Thank You for Making CRATE Happen | What’s next?

Words alone can't describe how grateful we are to all of you guys for supporting us and giving us the needed feedback. We truly appreciate this opportunity and are humbled by it. Now it’s our turn to show our appreciation for your support by working hard and getting CRATE in your hands in a timely manner.
Since many of our backers are new to Kickstarter, we’d like to breakdown the process for the next coming weeks.
What’s Next?
First:
Kickstarter needs to transfer the campaign pledge funds (which can take up to 2 weeks) so we can further progress our production run. Kickstarter will charge your credit card and collect your pledge. It’s possible that the transaction may be declined due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or safety measures that require you to contact your card provider before payment can be completed. If this is the case, Kickstarter will send an automatic email to alert you. Please keep an open eye for any payment issues via email from Kickstarter.
Second:
We’re still working on finishing our survey on Backerkit. As mentioned in our previous update, you’ll have the opportunity to select your desired CRATE wallet, make changes to your address and more! We’ll be sending our BackerKit survey out to collect this information after Kickstarter pledges have been cleared and transferred.
Important stuff to remember:
Please note before we send out the survey, we will give you a heads up so you can watch for it. It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to us as quickly as you can. The collected information from the survey will be used for quantity verification and shipping. Without your answered survey, we won’t have your shipping information along with your order, so we’d like to emphasize on the importance of the survey.
Remember: You’ll receive an email for a BackerKit survey in approximately two weeks. BackerKit allows you to confirm your reward selection, add on accessories, and update your shipping info. You will also have the opportunity to purchase more wallets if you missed out on the opportunity to do so through our campaign.
Once you receive the Backerkit survey email, you do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go!
If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit invite will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email you want the survey to be sent to, please email [email protected]. We kindly ask that you place your backer # in the subject line.
During this period, our team we’ll be more than glad to help answer questions from our backers so don’t hesitate to ask.
P.S. In our previous update, one of our team members made a typo stating “Titanium Mid-Plates” are being cut. It was supposed to be “Titanium End-Plates”

100k Stretch Goal Unlocked

With less than 30 hours to go,
we've incredibly passed our 100k stretch goal mark! We're GRATEFUL to each and every one of you for making it possible! :)
What does this mean? Every backer will now receive 1 extra FREE Elastic Band of their choice with their order of CRATE wallet.

Early Production
As many of you know, we’ve started early production and we couldn’t be any happier knowing that everything is going smoothly. We’re currently in Phase 1 (Refer to Our Previous Update) and we’ve started the waterjet cutting process for the Titanium Mid-Plates.

Hi everyone! Since we’re getting closer to the end, we just wanted to make a quick update. As mentioned in the previous update, we’ve had the opportunity to get things rolling early THANKS to all of you guys!
Customization
Many backers have wondered on how they can go about choosing their combination of CRATE wallet. We want to let everyone know that we’ll be working on creating our survey so we can find out what combination of CRATE wallet you want. In the survey you’ll have the opportunity to select your desired Mid-Plates, End-Plates, Elastic Bands and Inlays. If you’ve also pledged for extra accessories or wallets, you’ll be able to specify them in the survey. We’ll be sending our survey out to collect this information after our campaign ends. Our goal is to create a simple and seamless experience for everyone!
As we continue to work hard in order to create the best possible post campaign experience, we want to wish everyone a wonderful weekend. We can’t thank you enough for all the support!

Early Production Started!

Hi everyone! With less than 10 days to go, our expectations have been exceeded and we’re humbled by all the support!
We're grateful to all of you for helping us bring this project to life!
With that being said, we’ve started on early production of the CRATE wallets! We understand the importance of deadlines and want to make sure everyone receives their orders on time.
Here’s the breakdown of different stages of production:
We're currently in STAGE 1 and are machining the Aluminum Mid-Plates as we speak! As we move forward, we'll keep everyone updated.
